First post

This is the first post on the new site. The framework is up: typography, theming, content collections, and a small lab for experiments. Everything else gets built as I want it.

What lives here

A few things, depending on the day:

• Notes on electronics — soldering, synths, the occasional teardown.
• Bitcoin, mostly the protocol-level stuff.
• Music — playing, listening, arguing about it.
• Frontend writeups when something is worth sharing.

How it’s built

Astro for the static shell, React islands for the interactive bits, Tailwind v4 for styling, MDX for posts, deployed to Cloudflare Pages. The dependency list is intentionally short — every package has to earn its place.
